Place all ingredients together
take milk powder, sugar. 1 tablespoon clarified butter ( ghee) , milk and cocoa powder in a nonstick pan.
Stirring continuously on slow to medium flame..
mix well and cook till the moisture dries up..
Now add 1 tablespoon clarified butter and mix well.Cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
Take a glass baking dish grease with Ghee and pour this mixture set well...drizzle ganash on top ..
Garnish with butterscotch chips and choco chips. . keep in refrigerator for 15 minute. .
And cut into a pieces. .
